These terms apply to purchases from MaMa's Sweet Preserves at mamasweetpreserves.com. Please review the product name, flavor, jar size, quantity, delivery address, and order total before paying. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods, taxes, and shipping charges are presented at checkout. Products are subject to availability. If we discover an availability or pricing issue affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase rather than charge a different price without your agreement.
Product information and delivery
Choose the flavor and size stated in the product name. Some listings currently share a representative jar image; packaging and appearance can vary. For ingredients, allergens, and storage instructions, check the product label or contact us before purchasing. Sweet & Sassy contains hot peppers. Do not consume a product with a broken seal or signs of damage. Processing varies by order and is separate from carrier transit time. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch estimates, destinations, delays, and delivery support. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, food returns, and refunds.
